Without my permission and without activation of service from my side this is the 3rd time value added service (hello tune) was activated on my mobile no.9461071553 and song that was activated was such that it hindered my personality and intersets as i am a student and searching for jobs presentlyand also receives call from many employers too.i belong to a middle class family and we are not having so much of money get wasted on such activities/funs.i hardly get a poket money out of which its very difficult to even take out a50 rs to expense on other fruitfull activities. to remove this service i have called to customer care about more than 5 times to close this service and refund my 38rs back. but the reply was that service can be removed but the money can not be refunded.my complaint no. is D101294107, dated10 april.
