Anybody know the Customer Care number of BSNL (NOT for waiting in line but to Talk).

For the last 3 months I was trying to contact the officer but now also Iam hearing "Thangal Quevilanu Dayavayi Kathunilkuka".

Is there a Customer Care Center?
