Nokia Care point deny to Repair my Phone because of IMEI Number is not show clear in Backside of phone

Hello,

I am From Delhi, India.

My Nokia Phone dead when I update device software then I personalty Visit to Nokia Care Point and they're deny to repair my mobile because of my IMEI Number is not clear in back side of nokia phone (Print missing)

I also agree to Provide my Voter ID Card and Nokia Original Bill but they're deny to repair my phone.

My "Nokia 3110 Classic" Phone is Completely Dead, why they're deny to repair my Nokia Mobile? No Support after purchase "Nokia" Mobile?
