The owner of Campus Stores in M.I.T. always refuses to give change despite having enough with him. Today, I wanted to buy envelopes and graph sheets amounting to a total of Rs. 8. I handed him a Rs. 500 note. Seeing this, he took back the items from my hand and refused to sell them to me. I insisted that I needed them early morning the next day and told him to keep the Rs. 500 note. Only after this did he agree to sell the items to me and give me the change. He also forced chocolates worth Rs. 2 on me saying he did not have coins.
Apart from this, the shopkeeper has a bad habit of mocking customers and indulging in inappropriate behaviour as a businessman.
