Complaint against smoking in our colony Indra vihar, delhi-9

Sir,

i am resident of Indra vihar, here after govt made so many laws against public smoking all shopkeeper are selling tobacco and cigerettes even to minor students. As this is a student area nearby delhi univesrsity all the shopkeepe to take enhance their sale are keeping these products and viaolating law. It is hard for women and childern to pass-by from such places as smoker stand in gorup and do eve-teasing. As a citizen of India i request to dosomething in our area.
