Faulty taste of Mazza

Dear Sir,

My name is Brijesh Singh.

Recently i have gone with my friends for snacks at one of the Hotel Sarovar (Boisar).

We order some idly, dosa and Maaza. After serving us maaza we found that the taste of Mazza is somewhat like Thums up and it containing some other taste.

We inform the bad taste of Maaza to Hotel Manager, He inform us that if their is any fault in quality of food which we serve for that we are responsible. For Maaza cold-drinks we buy from company and Coco - cola is responsible for bad or faulty taste.

Now i want to know that do you check quality parameter at your end while sending the end product in Market.

Who is responsible for this Consumer or Company or any one else.

Need your urgent feedback...

I have kept sealed bottle for testing the levels of soda in Maaza.

Manufacturing date of bottle is 18/11/09, time 23.28 batch no. BH.324.

Now i am waiting for your replyand help... for above matter... Please help us
