I have Purchased a Blood pressure Measuring machineof IBP from one of your outlets suddenly it stopped working and was under warranty i gave it for repair on 11/02 and was committed that it would be done within 14 days but as of today i.e 02/03 (21 days) no update... i have followed up time and time only assurance sir we will call you and let you know but only god knows when they will call... now what should i do wait another 21days or forget the machine&money... if not please keep it with you i dont want it as it is a great customer service.
