Myself Srinivasan son of Chandrasekaran. As i have moved my goods from Delhi to Chennai on 29th November through data packers and Movers Company. We paid our full payment for transportation. People from data packers and Movers Company said that your goods will reach Chennai safely on or before 8th December. But still I didn’t receive our goods. When i called data packers and movers customer care on this Saturday 10/12, they replied me that the goods has been reached Chennai at Anna nagar and the goods will be delivered on same day (Saturday) or Sunday. But the same was not done.
When I called them on Sunday 11/12 morning, they replied me due to some labour problem we are unable to deliver the goods. I said ok for it.
Again I called on Monday and Tuesday (12/12, 13/12), people from data packers and Movers Company saying that the goods started just now from Bangalore with a harsh manner and they disconnected the phone without any mannerism.
When I called today morning 14/12. They are not attending the call. I tried them almost 4 to 5 times today at 9.30 am, after that they attended the call and said I am on the way and will call you in 5 minutes with the updating regarding the goods. I didn’t receive any call after 5 minutes. Again I called them at 10.55 am today asking for my goods delivery, they are saying the same thing will update you regarding the goods within 5 minutes by calling me. But still now I have not received any call from data packers and Movers Company and no update regarding my goods.
I really fed up in calling data packers and movers company people again. Could you please take an immediate action on this issue and let me know the status of goods.
In addition I have insured my goods for rupees 70000.So I want the compensation from the company for not doing the right things on time and for there behaviour actions.
Kindly please look into this issue and do the possible solution for me ASAP.
