Sub: SETTLEMENT OF SHARES (Code R021)
(500 x Blue Star Ltd & 30 x Satyam computer services Ltd)
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a Senior Citizen and an Ex-servicemen. I had been doing trading in stocks through my Brokers - Mr K Annamalai, MD and Mrs S Chitra, CEO of DJS Stocks & Shares (now ENAM Securities), Arts College Road, Coimbatore-18 . While settling my account with them the Year due to an Accident, they were to give me 100 Blue Star Ltd & 20 Satyam Computers of face value (FV) of Rs. 10 each. Since I had been closely following up this case, they Transferred 100 Blue Star Info Tech Ltd (instead of Blue Star Ltd) & 20 Satyam Computers, (FV-Rs 2/- instead of FV-Rs 10/-), into my Demat A/c in after the split / Bonus issue on these Shares.
I would like to submit that the above brokers, Mr Annamalai & Ms Chitra, have intentionally transferred wrong Share and less quantity i.e. transferred 100 Blue Star Info, instead of 500 Blue Star Ltd, FV Rs 2 & 50 Satyam computers Shares of FV Rs2, instead of 100 into my Demat A/c, directlyin Feb. As they transferred wrong Share (Blue star info instead of Blue star) and less number, I raised this point again asking them to
To sum up, the remaining 110 Satyam computers (considering the Split and bonus)& 500 Blue Star Ltd Shares are still outstanding. When ever I remind them, they will say - “just wait; we will settle”.
Further, I offered them that I will leave 110 Satyam ; settle only 500 Blue Star Ltd shares but, they have not responded, yet
In view of the above, you are requested to help me in settling this long standing issue (considering the fact that I am an ex-Servicemen, Senior citizen, Pensioner and can’t afford to loose my earned money), please. I shall be Obliged
