VERY LOW SPEED

Dear Respective Sir,

I have purchased your 3G on 10th NOV'10 and from day one i am trying to

cal to your call center on no. 18002660000 and 1800266121, 9034000121

but all in vain. after long time again i have tryed to contact with CC

when i received cal from ur side for DOCOMO bill then he guide me

nothing be happened if you mail to any one like nodal office you need

to logged complaints first so i have logged Complaint NO. 246612651 on

13th dec & again 246796353 logged on 14th dec as per my plan speed 3.6

mbps but m not able to even gmail with in second even not connected in

Bhatinda town. My concern is this if DOCOMO launched 3G then your

responsibility to give proper service to Customer. Few days back i

have received 3G device bill near about 682/- with 17 dec due date

which i will never pay bcz when i not used

ur facility even from day one m sending you mail to your nodal officer

for speed or connectivity issue.

Plz go through the trill mail for your information and resolve my

Issue. I hope you understand the GENUINETY of case and refund my

- for device and waive out the pending bill. nobody here to

response me regarding my problem
