I have sent letter to post office pin 333516, Singhania University via speed post on 30 July via speed post number ED745866465IN, which contained fees draft for my son.
Till today, 12 September it is not delivered. The website of speed post gives no information and the telephone number of delivery assistant, 011-23365543, 23360480 is never attanded. The mobile number of the official on Speed Post site 09868021828 is never picked up.
I have given written complained in booking post office (Sarita Vihar) on 4Nov with my mobile numbers but these idiots have no courtsey to revert back or update.
