Delay of delivery of curior DTDC

Dear Sir,

I sent my gedree to a Korean University on 22nd Nov. 2009 from DTDC. As per the terms they have to deliver it within 5 days. Today is 8th Dec and it is not delivered yet.de document was suppose to be received by them before 30th Nov. Just because this irregularity in their service I have lost a chance for the higher study in a reputed International University. Please take an appropriate action over this issue.
