I placed a conditional order for purchase of duke main desk item no 81730 of godrej & boyce mfg co limited at hyderabad, abids branch vide purchase order no 27122 dated 4/02 and paid full cost of the products. As the office space could not be got, i wanted to cancel the purchase order and approached the branch manager mr suresh on 24thof april and he asked me to give a letter in writing expressing the same. i wrote a letter and submitted to him and obtained a copy of acknowledgement. After that i am not getting any response from them for my questions. please do the needful in this regard.
