Manager/Staff is incapable of controlling the customers particularly at the Cash Counter. People don't come in queue, but staff does not intervene rather supports. Other people in the queue keep waiting because the member who is already making the payment has other family members still busy shopping. They brake the queue and behave as if they have reserved the counter until all the family members are through as far as payment is concerned.
Staff is least bothered about all this for the reason better known to them. Even manager understands but does not intervene.
Lack of education/ training is evident from the behavior of the staff/manager. They need to master the skill for better management. Hopefully they improve and prevent their genuine customers from the inconvenience caused
It was really sad to come out of the store with such unhappy experience-19Oct19:00hrs
