Let me introduce myself as a Senior Citizen of India. I have a complaint against M/s Emient Gas Agency (BHarat Gas) which is located in NEw Delhi, Tigiri and my Consumer No. V833. I had booked gas cylinder, but agency people always say book after 24 days later and delivery will be given after 4-6 days later. They keep saying that cylinder will be delivered after 4-5 days after booking This has been become a regular practice. As we are living in a big joint family and gas cyclinder is being finished only 17-19 days. As I am very old person and could not run for this, all the time. Therefore, it is requeseted to take appropriate action as the gas agency i.e.M/s. Emient Gas Agency employees always harrased me.
Further, it is to state that last delivery of my cyclinder is 29.12.2009 and I have booked just my cyclinder on 22.1.2010 i.e. 25 days of delivery of my ealirer cyclinder as per advise of gas agency's employee. As I am facing lot of problem for non-delivery of cyclinder in time. Therefore, it is once again requested to take suitable action against the Gas Agency i.e.M/s. Eminent Gas Agency (Bharat Gas).
