We purchased Printer-HP-Designjet-110 [ MY85NG80FP] on 27.05.2009. From the very begining there was a complaint in the quality of the prints. One shadow line was appearing to all the horizontal lines.
This complaint was given to the dealer BOKARO COMPUTERS / HA-15, CITY CENTRE/ SECTOR-4 / BOKARO (TIN No.20231400520) many times. But nothing had been done in liquidating the complaint.
