Many complaints lodged and what is the action plan

Hi All

Today i came to lodge a complaints against Eureka Forbes in reg of their pathetic service and customer complaint system and have seen around 500 complaints lodged recently and what is action plan taken by eureka forbes... better they pack up from india... their products are useless... employees are worthless.
