My Car battery no 2C71 25568 707 was not working properly, therefore I visited the Rishabh batteries, authorised dealer 15/6 geeta colony, Patpar Road, Delhi 110031 for its inspection. He suggested me to replace the old battery with the new one with Rs. 500 discount on this purchase.
Then, I planned to replace the battery with new Exide battery 38B 20LMF ATB 04346, but when I refered Exide Warranty booklet as per it my old battery was between 31 - 33 months so I am liable to recieve 40% discount on the new purchase of the battery which is approximately Rs. 1440. When I mentioned the same thing to the Dealer he didnt entertained me properly and with a very callous attitude. Also, refused to pay my liable discount amount.
I regret to say that your authorised dealer is destroying your reputation.
I am afraid if the my money is not returned, I have no other option but to approach the consumer forum.
