Company dont take any action for my complaint

Respected Sir,

I am M.P.Sharma purchase a Battery Model is 6EL130 from Dealer Bharat Automobiles, Bistupur, Jamshedpur & they gave me a Claim No :-4186, Date :-15.04.10. Battery sl.no.:-93178. My battery not worked properly & dont took give proper backup. So i gave the battery to the Dealer & they Send the Battery nearest Exide Service Station. But till date they dont give us any report & i m suffering many problem without battery in my home.

So, we would request your goodself kindly take any action against the Exide Industries Ltd.
