Inappropriate / Irregular / Irresposible courier service
None of the shipments sent to me thru this courier delivered to me on time. I ned to follwo with AWB no for 10 times. Some of my consignments even take more than ten days within the city. Also the people don't even know how to speak to a customer. They occasionally attend the customer calls in the so called customer service (better to change the name).
