I had bought faber kitchn hob and chimney one year back..last diwali there was some issue with the main burner. I had called the customer service. Inturn i got couple of call from customer service stating they wil lattend the call, but then nobody turned up.
Now again i have another complaint registered..again got couple of calls but nobody turned up. My hob's main burner is not working (jammed) and its dificult to cook. Its now hard to trust Faber, for such kind of service.
