Eally unfortunate that am complaining about fashion and you coz i am itz regular cotumer butt now itz the third time am facing problem.first i recieved a broken lantern and had to courier it back, i ahve recieved the payment and itz resolved, i was assured next time it will nt happen, then i ordered halogen and inductioncooker but reciebed only induction, i was committed a reverse paickup and made to wait fr 10 days fr nothing then was told to courier it myself case is stil not yet resolved.money pending with them since a month, then i had p[laced a order for satya paul wallet, no 869960 and called them if itz possible nt to send bill to the shipping address as this time it was different as i wanted to send it as a gift but i was told no bill wil go, ok accepted, but whwn after 15 days of placing order it was dispatched the courier service provider has denied to handover the order to the mentioned person, i had given the name, phone no. amnd address whle placing the order watz all this heck.and then when the courier boy has called on the no. given he has told u r nt the same person as mentioned, god, wat is all this he has been told by my frnd to call thye company as it is a gift but he has denied ti call and said that come to courier office if want to collect the order, the company charges 100 rs fr the single order and still all this .am really feeling bad as i used to love this site, but this time i have gt embarrased bocoz of them and this iz the third consective complaint.everytime i am promise i wont face any complain again but itz not ending
