Faulty wrist watch

I bought a fastrack wrist watch (model no - 1396 SSA) on 16th Jan. Within 2 days it started showing problems. The watch losses time, i.e., if you sync its time with another watch & again check the time on both the watches after 1-2 hours, the fastrack watch would show you a late time of 4-5 minutes.

Such a bad quality product! And that too at a large price tag of Rs.1895/-.

I want my wrist watch to be replaced immediately at my door step.

And if at all I have to travel to your service center, in addition to the wrist watch, I want all my travel and phone call expenses to be reimbursed ALSO.
