I have given my complete house hold to 'Gati Packers and Movers' at Jaipur and also have paid the complete money. Now it has been more than 10 days they have not delivered my things to Mumbai. Have called them up numerous time and every time they said it will come. Once they promised me that the things will reach by evening. I took leave from my office and stayed at home to receive the things but still no phone calls neither the things came to my door. From that day I am keep on trying to call them up and no boddy is picking up the call. Rather they are disconnecting the call. My things costs more than 2.5 lacs. Not sure where to go and whom to complain.
Last time I had a very good experience with 'Times Packers and Movers', Bangalore where in 'Gati Packers and Movers' is totaly opposite one.
