The staff do not pick up call when we call in to book cylinder refill

I am having trouble always when trying to book a gas cylinder refill on phone. The staff working with Gee Kay Gas Agency, Coimbatore (Hindustan Petroleum Liquid Petroleum Gas Agency) do not answer the phone. I make several tries to the two landlines that they gave me i.e. 0422- 2526161 and 0422-8581 but they do not pick up the phone. Every time I have to go personally to the Gas Agency to book my refill cylinder. This is very difficult as I am employed and when I go to the Agency on the way home from work I find that there is no one available in the Agency, the staff leave by 6 PM. Also they do not deliver Gas Cylinder on Sundays. They take at least 15 days to deliver the cylinder from the date of booking and do no allow us to book a refill cylinder before 20 days from the date of supply of the last refill. This sort of service, with no transparency, allows the Agency to supply cylinders out-of-turn to people whom they like to supply to.
