I have purchased a Glen's Food processor as I wanted to gift it to mother on the Womens Day. I have placed an order on HS18 for glen product I got my product after several follow-ups and when I got the product the product was not working. I called up their Call centre which is in Faridabad and they told me that they will get back to me. But still I haven't heard anything from their end. Finally I called them again now they are not answering my call. I have informed the HS18 and they told me that its their product and they have to give the services but they didnot helped me. Being an Indian I believe in truth and sincere work but this people are doing dirty work which directly affects the customer as I have made the payment and the product is not working. Even I have informed them via Email three times still no responce. I want justice for this Forum and also want this companies to work in a proper way.
