High speed usha table fan

I hv bought about one year before a high speed usha table fan from m/s agrawal trading co, varanasi u.p but the fan is disorder during warranty period than i complain to the shop but propreiter tell me it should be complaint to the usha co than it will rplace if they confirm, i hv complaint to usha and they verfied and taged the slip on the fan to replace it from shop but the shoper yet not replaced it, they harrasment me .my question how i could get the fan from the dealer please advic me my name gopalji b13/62 sonarpura varanai up my cell no is 9305282857
