Complaint: for very poor service and false promises

Hi,

Customer number : 1927483951

I logged a request for battery replacement, since more than 15 days. But no one has responded to it yet. I complained thrice to the customer care but every time i got a message that "your complaint has been attended", without the battery replacement. Everyday I used to call 2 to 3 times a day to the customer care and evey time get a false promise from the customer care that the battery will be replaced within 48 hours.
