This is inform you that we are facing very problems from your's Ac's. Hitachi AC (10 ton) 14 pcs in Max Mart Store, Muzaffarpur which are not working for last 3 months. We have complain several times in your Regional Service Centre (Patna), but no any one response our complaints. This is very poor service quality of your's company.

So kindly solve & give suggestion for this matter as soon as possible.
