FALSE INFORMATION-CHEATING

Dear sir,

I have extended my HP laptop's warranty two years thro M/s thanisha systems, Chennai. During their offer, they gave two items either 4GP HP flash OR MP3 player at worth of Rs 1575/-.(refer the mail). I choose MP3 player, and i had received the gift.

But, i was shocked and disappointed, also cheated that the cost of the MP3 player is only

RS 700.00.(see attachment scan of price on the product). And also i personnaly enquire in the market it is just RS400 to 500 only., (same china product).

I know HP is a very reliable company, so that we always apt only HP products. But this is very unfortunate for getting the business thro false promises, one way of cheating.

so i need a clarification about the subject, and compensate my loss.
