Non delivery of product but payment has been made

I ordered a product glen food processor -4051 LX on september 10 and the payment for this product was made on time. The order number of the product was 30715637 but the product has not been delivered till date which should have been done within 10-12 working days. Inspite of number of complaints being made to home shop 18 the product has not been delivered.
