Company not ready to replace the printer i.e. all in one

Sir i am running from pillar to post for getting my all in one printer and fax machine to get the same replaced but the company is not ready to take the responsibilty nor the delar i purhcased the machine hp j 3608 on 14/9/09 but could not take out more than 2 print out and thereafter shows no inks or the papers get jammed in the printer from the very next day of the purchase i am running from pillar to post. but no use, .
