We are authorized to work as software support service for LPG Distributors in Bihar. With Reference to purchase order (PO NO. 9000002 OP 126505 and 7000078 op 12605) We have already submitted the bill but it is still pending.. When I asked for bill payment sales officers tood me that you will get it after in one month, .. Then he keeps on giving me the month like this he passed six month... then year... Then I complaint regarding this matter on the "hpcl complaint" but the Area sales officers she/he is not able to solve this matter.. We also complain hpcl office to all officers SRM (shri Suman Kumar Sinha) sales officers (shri Aklesh Kumar, Kundan Kumar)
When I asked for bill payment... services would be terminated... but bill is still pending.
All evidence available 1) Appointment letter 2) Reference to purchase order (PO NO. 9000002 OP 126505 and 7000078 op 12605) 3) computer scan copy & sales officers bill rec.copy.
I have already submit my CALL REPORT and pending bills for the release of payment but still not receive any payment from H P C L .
I am right and not do any wrong work as a other vendor...
I am suffering from financial problem,
I will feel highly obliged if take action in this regard.
Please do the needful act.
