Delayed, Defective and Lost of goods by Blue Dart services

The service provided by Blue Dart really disappointed me.

Reasons:

1. Delayed delivery of goods.

2. Defective or Damages of goods.

3. Lost of goods.

1. Delayed delivery of goods: Blue Dart pick-up my goods/parcels from Pragati Maidan to be delivered at Bongaigaon, Assam on 6 March but they recorded as 8 March. I was promised that the goods would be delivered on 12 March but I received it on March 19. (This is mainly for displaying at the trade fair from March 11 to 21).

2. Defective or Damages of goods: On the day I received all my parcels were damaged including the goods. It is due to the negligence from the part of Blue Dart. It was raining and they don't cover the truck which carries the goods. Even some of the goods like ceramic gift items were damaged.

3. Lost of Goods: Not only the defectives, 8 pieces of PVC Weaving Basket and 6 pieces of waist bags were lost.

4. The value of the damaged goods is around Rs. 4000/-.

Note: Even Boangaigaon Regional Office refused to receive due to damages of the parcels.
