Dear Concern,
I would like to inform you that from last 2 years we are facing issue after booking HP GAS (Kiran Agencies) not delivered to our address.
Our residence in Mithnagar-Kondhwa, I already spoken to Mr. Borade he told me that the delivery facility not available to particular area. As i have observed other companies easily delivered the gas cylinder in our area. More over that HP delivery boys is providing GAS cylinder in mithanagar on high rate and in black. you cant believe the area approx 2 KM from Kiran Gas agency.
While i getting the cylinder from store they are not paying us rebate on non-home delivery by saying please collect from office. I am expecting your instant reply on my complaint else i will go to consumer court. I have been using connection from last 3 year in beginning they easily provide us the cylinder why they stopped. The delivery boy told me we can provide the cylinder if you reside in society. IS this services and they denied due to non- society residence area.
