Non-delivery of refill cylinde

1.I am a regular customer and consumer of HP Gas from Jyothi Gas Agency, who is a authorised gas dealer with following address:- D.No. 61-1-47, RK Puram, Malkapuram (P.O), Visakhapatnam-530011

2. I have to submit a complain against the dealer about non-delivery of refill cylinder for the last two months. Inspite of repeated bookings, the dealer has not obliged and I have to get my cylinder refilled at the Dealerr's Godown personnaly. repeated Telephone calls at the dealer's office has not been yeilding any fruitful results and most of the time ther is no one who picks up the phone call. This is matter of great concern. Kindly look in to it.
