Non delivery of gass

I booked gass in the month of July.i could not received gass till date. my consumer no628235 and my mobile no.9415042069.to day i book again my gass no received through sms booking no 267701 pending refill booking cleared up to 24 sep 2011. but i could not get.refill till date.delivery man demanded extra money.and coming without receipt.pl look into matter prsonally and solve my problem.thanks
