HP Gas(South Delhi Agency Seikh-Sarai)
In record showing cylinder delivered but not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a domestic gas connection with South Delhi Gas Agency HP (at Seikh Sarai). I booked for cylinder on 29/01/10 but inspite of my regular follow-up it didn't deliver yet as on 13/02/10 (16 days already passed).

Most shocking is that when i made a call on their office phone i got a response that in their record it's showing that it had already been deliver on 05/02/10.

Now my point is that if it is showing delivered then where it goes.
