TV confirmation

I have surrendered gas regulator cylinders to HP-LPG dealer: Jaydeep gas agency, Sector-10, Bhilai, Durg (CG). TV has been endorsed at HPCL office Ahmedabad for a connection transfer to INDANE. This TV was forwarded to IOC office, Ahmedabad to a dealer in Sabarmati"M/s Pranjal" as no dealer near MOTERA residence. However, the reply to speed post for confirmation from Bhilai dealer is still awaited before the INDANE connection is released by Pranjal, Sabarmati as per norms. Request Bhilai office to expedite the same
