I purchase one huggis large 10 pack from food right mulund department huugies section. which i found 2 huggies pad having problem .one thick round hard patch in both huggies . i complaint about htis at food right the repsentative of huggies company assured me that they will give me new pack form our customer care department mumbai.so i called on 9/10/10 and inform to huggies care department they also given me assurance that they will courier me pack with in 3-4 days time.
after that i follow 3 times in huggies care
till date 26/11/10 i not receive my packet yet
from 9/10/10 to 26/11/10 is much time they require for deliver the huggies packet
its really hopeless and bad service from huggies
such a brand name how could they do this
