Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have ordered 8GB Spy Hidden Pen Camera (1290/- 150/-, Order no. 111846985) on 19th September which is advertised on the times of India paper (Kolkata Branch 16th September) and made payment through cheque (cheque no-394262, Allahabad Bank, Paik para branch). Their agent received it on 21st September. But till now I didn't get product. I have made many calls.(it is very difficult to reach to the customer care.) At the preliminary stage they said that for wait..but in my last call (last week of October) they told me that your order had already cancelled on 9th September (because we can't deliver product at your area (27, mordecai lane, kolokata-74)). Then why did they receive the cheque???
I am a student & Rs 1440 is not too small for me... as well as mental harassment is unbelievable..I have already lost a lot of money through telephone call... they didn't respond properly... I want my cash back in any way.
...Is it a fraud agency??? If yes, then how do the advertisement publish every day in Times Of India (a renowned News paper!)
