On 22 Sep 2009 Without my permission they activate on mobile “Bakwas Service” and deduct Rs.10, on 23 Sep 2009 I call customer care and deactivate that Service and Customer Service Executive told me that today “Bakwas Service”
deactivate on mobile. On 02 Nov again deduct Rs. 10 and Customer Service Executive
Service Request no :11424551 and told me that today “Bakwas Service” meanwhile not activate it. On 12 Nov again deduct Rs. 10 and Customer Service Executive
and told me that you Activate that Service, and I told him I am not interested then why I activate that Service,
Can anyone responsible person in Reliance Customer Service told me that they deduct Rs. 10 lifetime (After every 10 days)
