Poor working of companis executive

I have changed my mobile (8800680426) operator by portabilty from airtel to idea. but they activated my talking plan partialy. they activated calls, internet, plans but did not activat sms packages although all of these should be activated according to plan. i have complaint several times. but customer executive did not provide me any satisfactory answer. my plan was 249 combo plan. what should i do.
