Extra ordinary delay in refilling

Sir,

I am an Indane Cooking Gas consumer. My consumer number is 12399. We never get the gas refilled in time, ie, within 30 days since the booking. The gas agency always say that it is being delayed because they don't get supplies for distribution from Indian Oil Corporation and hence the delay. Normally we get a refilled cylinder only after a gap of 45 or even 50 days. I have booked for a refilling on 7th December ie, before 51 days and our agent has told me on the time of booking that it will take 45 days for the supply and gave me a priority number :2847. But when I reminded them of the supply on 23rd January I was informed that it will take a few more days, since they are supplying the cylinders booked on December 4th, only. Then I lodged a complaint over telephone to the Indian Oil Corporation, Kochi on the toll free number 155233, about this and they told me that they have registered my complaint for action and gave me a number : 36747. They assured me on 23rd January itself, when I lodged the complaint, that the agency will supply cylinder immediately. But unfortunately till this day and time I have not received the same. Could anyone please advise me when and how I will get it and how long it will take for a refill, normally? The name of our agency is ASHA GAS AGENCIES, CHALAKUDI, KERALA.
