Dear Authority,
I booked a gas cyender from Caption Gas Agency, Sector 12, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad (Connection No 89723) on 3rd Dec and the same is not yet delivered i.e. till today 15th Dec. After enquiring about it I came to know that it will take 3-4 days more. This is normal pracitce adapted by the agency with every one that they will not deliver the cylender before 15 days from the date of booking and also the next booking they do not register before 3 weeks from the delivery date. So effectively it take 35-40 days to get the next cylender. We all are facing a big problem. Please try to eradicate it.
