My pain, agony, anguish, suffering, harassment started 3rd November when I bought the Mobile phone bearing the [EMEI number – 352684047681015]. The phone didn’t work the first day itself. The shopkeeper has replaced with new set very next day.
The new phone was again started giving me issues and problem. I got my phone deposited at Nokia Care Center on 24th Of November [Job Sheet Number – 149433527/101124/18] and till date I’m without my phone.
Even after paying 26K for my phone, I’m not able to use my phone and to add salt to my wounds the Nokia Care with their highly unfriendly employees (Mr. Antariksh, Ms surbhi, Mr. Akash Manus Mere and rest of Mr. Nagarng Team). The Nokia Customer Care have registered the complain with complain number Complain ID – 1-11310201671 and SR 1-11C10201671. I have to make atleast 4-5 calls daily to get the update.
I would like to raise the matter to Nokia higher authority about the unethical, unprofessional, immoral, dishonest, unprincipled employee and the harassment they have caused to me. After paying the handsome amount of 26K if someone is not able to use the use, please advice how will you react to it.
Requesting you to please help me….in getting following answer
1) When would I getting my Phone back.
2) How Nokia would compensate for discomfort and agony I have gone through for last one month inspite of paying the all amount for the phone.
