Have got transfer from Sangli to Chinchwad pune the staff have misbehave and did not provide service when we went to office 3:45 pm on dated 23-dec, we request them please process our request of transfer case since we have small child and we are new also in the city, they said directly no with excuse of " we do not have staff".
Next day they have opened office by11:45 AM with reason they forgot shutter key somewhere, many customer waiging infront of the shop approximately 10-12, my number came at 1:00 pm. they have taken Rs. 3750/- total amout without any payment reciept and handed over 2 gas silender and regulator to me.
I myselt had hired auto and went to my home with 2 filled silender and carried both silender myself on 3 floor,
I had paid all the amout including installation but person for installation did not provided till eve.
