Sir,

I kindly want to inform that i am a consumer of JAI GURU INDANE GAS AGENCY, MOKAMAGHAT, DIST: PATNA (BIHAR).

This is not a complain of only me but these are the problems and difficulties of general consumer of this agency:

1.They provide gas refill with less weight.

2.The concerning staffs misbehave against any complain to him.

3.they donot book for refil by phone.

4.there is no home delivery at time it may take 1 month or even not after this.

5.If anyone say them that we can complain, then they warn us because they have contact with local GUNDAS.

Finally we want to say that please respond as soon as possible.
