Not delivering double cylende

Hello,

I am Amit Awasthi have a Gas connection with Kasna Gas Agency Greater Noida (Connection No 11834), I have one cylinder last one years, i am requesting for dual cylinder last 3 Months, but they always say call after 10 days, my problem is still not solved till now, i am facing big problem when my cylinder become empty and it will take at least one week to refill, please solve my problem.
