My customer No is 32025A & distributor name is Anand enterprises, Gurgaon.

We had booked a refill on 23rd December 09 & we haven’t yet received the cylinder. They are not even picking up the phone & it is busy most of the time.

Request you to please take suitable action & deliver the refill ASAP
